New sport on the horizon
I think it's time to shake it up a little. We've had the same sports for quite some time...and although all of them are fun, some have a lot less participation numbers than others. Please understand that any sport we remove will upset someone, but I plan to replace billiards with corn hole. We are not set up to offer more than four sports per phase. We've done some initial research, and feel corn hole is a popular-enough activity to add it to the mix. Billiards, on the other hand, has not shown the level of participatory support compared to the other sports we offer. Anyway, we'll be making some decisions in the next few weeks about the timing, but it looks like it is slated to be offered Fall Phase 1 and we will move whiffleball to Fall Phase 2. Stay tuned!
